INTRODUCTION:
Since 1964 our Company has been working in the Iron and steel Industry, planning and manufacturing pressmoulds for the pressing of refractory bricks.
Having examined continue flow problems, we considered it necessary to develop a valve that offerered all guarantees of safety previously lacking.
With planning begun in 1988 and using year after year the latest instruments, our tech. Dept., has created the worldwide first in optional extras for the slide gate system : an electronic controlled valve with innovative and qualitative technical aspects.
VALVE:
Particular mechanism recover all errors in parallelism of refractory plates, presenting the two sliding faces perfectly adjacent.
The closing-force is always at its initial value throughout its operations recovering each dilation during the continue flow.
To obtein the above mentioned results the mechanical items have been manufactured with particularly sophisticated technologies, to guarantee perfect efficiency of the same valve that could not function without non-original components.
By a special internal frame now this valve can be assembled with any refractory plates of any shape.
By using a particular mechanic equipment you can have the manual controlled closing and opening. The force of closing generated mechanically is always on the center of the the fix plate hole.
MOVABLE COMPONENTS NOT WEARABLE:
All the components used from the same valve to recover errors during the continue flow, have been manufactured with sophisticated operations : the result has been a valve with a maitenance expenses reduced drastically to a minimum.
CONCLUSION:
Finally we can deal with the cause of steel blow up.
In order to solve the problem you need to have ceratin details :
our valve has a testing and checking system that gives exactly scientific values which not need to be interpreted, thus allowing to determine if the defect of the blow up is in the valve or in refractory plates.
From now on, it will be possible to correct defects and eliminate all approximative comments.
